Terms of Use

This English text is a translation provided for convenience; the Turkish text prevails.

Parties and scope

The AI Yakala service (https://aiyakala.com) is provided by Erce Tevlim. By using the site or the API you accept these terms.

What the service is

The service reads AI and provenance traces in the files you upload (C2PA Content Credentials, file metadata, open-source watermarks, invisible characters in text) and prepares an evidence report.

A report is not a definitive verdict. Finding no traces does not prove that content is human-made or real, and finding traces does not show that a person acted deliberately. Do not use reports alone to make decisions about a person.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for the security of your account and API keys. Opening several accounts to collect signup credits is not allowed.

Credits and packages

Current prices are on the Pricing page. Each file check uses one credit or one of your running package's daily checks; if an analysis fails, the credit or check is given back. Credits never expire. A package's daily checks renew at midnight Istanbul time and unused checks do not carry over. Credits and packages cannot be transferred to other accounts; refunds follow the Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Terms.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the service to:

Sharing reports

When you share a report by link, anyone with the link can see it; you can turn sharing off at any time. You are responsible for how you use the reports and result cards you share.

Intellectual property

The rights to the site and software are ours. The files you upload are yours; we process them only to analyze them.

Limitation of liability

We provide the service as is and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Except for intent or gross negligence on our part, we are not liable for damage resulting from decisions based on reports. Consumers' statutory rights are not affected.

Closing an account

You can ask us to close your account by writing to contact@flowfuser.com. We may close accounts that seriously breach these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms and will announce important changes on the site. Turkish law applies. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts above those limits.
