Main features of the service

AI Yakala (https://aiyakala.com) is a digital service that reads the AI and provenance traces in the files you upload and prepares an evidence report. Text checks are free; for file checks we sell:

• Credit packs: each file check uses one credit. Credits never expire.
• Daily check packages: while the package runs, a set number of file checks can be made each day without spending credits. The day's checks renew at midnight Istanbul time and do not carry over.

Price

Prices are in Turkish lira. Prices excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive amounts, are on the Pricing page. The item, its amount before VAT, the VAT and the total to pay are shown separately in the order summary before you confirm the order. There is no shipping or other extra charge.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account given on the order page, with the order code in the description. An order that is not paid creates no debt; an order not paid within 7 days is cancelled automatically.

Delivery

The service is provided electronically; there is no physical delivery. Once your payment reaches our account, the credits or package are added to your account within one business day at the latest.

Right of withdrawal

If none of the credits added to your account have been used, or no check has been made with the package, you may withdraw without giving a reason and without penalty within 14 days of the day they were added. Send your notice from the email address registered to your account to contact@flowfuser.com; the amount is refunded within 14 days of your notice reaching us.

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online and begun with your consent; so credits and packages already in use cannot be withdrawn from.

Complaints

Send complaints to contact@flowfuser.com. In disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court above those limits.

Confirmation

When you place an order, you confirm that you have read this form and the Distance Sales Contract. Both texts are saved with your order as they stood when you placed it and do not change afterwards; you can open, print or save them as a PDF from your order page at any time. Your orders are in the My orders list on your account page.
