Buyer

The person who creates a AI Yakala account and makes a purchase, with the billing details entered in the order summary; contact by the email address registered to the account.

Subject

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, this contract covers the sale of credit packs or daily check packages for the digital check service offered on AI Yakala. The content of the packages and their prices excluding VAT (with the VAT-inclusive amounts) are on the Pricing page. The VAT amount and the total to pay including VAT are shown separately in the order summary before you confirm the order; the price when the order is placed applies.

Payment

You choose credits or a package on the Pricing page and place an order. The order page gives the total to pay including VAT, the order code and our bank details. Payment is made by bank transfer to that account; so that we can match it to your order, put the order code (e.g. IK-7F3K2Q) in the description.

An order that is not paid creates no debt; an order not paid within 7 days is cancelled automatically.

Delivery

Once the payment reaches our account, the credits or the package are added to your account within one business day at the latest, and the order shows as “Paid” on your account page. A package bought while another runs starts the day after the running package's last day. If they are not added, write to contact@flowfuser.com. The service is provided electronically; there is no physical delivery.

Right of withdrawal

If none of the credits added to your account have been used, or no check has been made with the package, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of the day they were added. Send your notice of withdrawal from the email address registered to your account to contact@flowfuser.com. The amount is refunded to the account you paid from within 14 days of your notice reaching us.

For credits and packages already in use, the exceptions of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation for services performed instantly online and begun with your consent apply. Details are in the Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Terms.

Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@flowfuser.com. In disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court above those limits.

Entry into force

You read and accept this contract and the pre-contract information when you create an account and each time you place an order; the contract is concluded when you make your payment. The current text is on this page; the text for your order is kept unchanged on your order page.
